One bedroom unit overlooking pool and Atlantic Ocean. Each Villa is uniquely decorated in a Bahamain colour scheme and features Queen size beds, a sitting room, kitchenette, ceramic tiling, airconditioning and Ceiling fans, Television (DVD movies) movies are available upon request. Cell phones are also available.

Per night:
Winter rates December 15th - April 30th
Villa only - $ 125.00 Villa and Jeep or Car - $ 200.00

Summer rates May 1st - December 14th
Villa only - $ 150.00 Villa and Jeep or Car -$ 225.00

Other rates Christmas rates December 24th - January 1st
Villa only - $ 135.00 Villa and Jeep or Car - $ 210.00

Regatta rates (Whit Monday holiday weekend )(check
calender)
Villa only - $ 200.00 Villa and Jeep or
Car - $ 275.00

Getting Married at Seagrape Ocean Villas is a dream wedding come true.
We will be happy to help make your wedding a complete success. Contact
us for package pricing and assistance with all aspects of your wedding
plans from the service, flowers, music, reception through to a honeymoon
adventure package. To discuss your wedding plans with us contact us and we would be happy to speak to you directly.

Outings and Adventures & Activities
We can help arrange activities with local outfitters and guides. The
crystal clear waters of Long Island are home to marine life, coral reefs
and beautiful under water gardens.
Scuba adventures
Scuba & snorkelling trips equipment and instructions.(Pictures) we can
arrange your trips.
Kayaking
We can assist you with this and take you to the best places untouched
unbelievable places.
Deep Sea Fishing
In house we offer deep sea fishing trips. You would have to book this as
well. Lunch or Dinner can be taken along. Full bar service available on
board Our boat" Justin Time."
Bonefishing
There are local guides that can be contacted prior to arrival to arrange
these trips.
Activities include
Swimming, walking along deserted beaches, relaxing in the sun, Riding
bicycles,
Places to see
The Long Island Museum, The Deans Blue hole, The old ruins through out
the Island, Cave tours, Old churches
