This is a 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath unit that can comfortably sleep 4. This unit faces both the beautiful gardens and the ocean.

There is one brand new queen bed and brand new full size bed in the master bedroom with a large window to listen to the ocean at night.

There is a beautiful dining room table where you can eat dinner each night under the stars. Our kitchen is well equipped so you can cook your meals. This is a very clean and bright vacation condo.

Coral Beach Hotel is a very secure facility with 24 hour security on site and keyed entry in the evenings. The unit provides you with a telephone, air conditioning, cable tv, satellite tv, full kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, cooking utensils, linens, washer and dryer. This is a no smoking Grand Bahama vacation rental. The facility offers a large, beautifully maintained pool for your enjoyment. There is also shuffleboard available.

Local attractions are only minutes away from this beautiful Grand Bahama vacation rental. While it is currently undergoing renovations, there is a nice pool bar and restaurant on the premises. There is also a common BBQ area where guests and owners frequently gather. You can walk along the beach to the finest hotels with pools, bars, restaurants, a casino and water sports. Just across from the hotel strip is Port Lucaya Marketplace and Marina offering many more restaurants, bars, shops, straw markets, free nightly entertainment and more tours and water sports. including the Dolphin Experience. Also in close proximity are opportunities for hiking, a fitness center, spa, gym, fishing charters, horseback riding, and much more. The Our Lucaya Reef Golf Course is walking distance from our facility and there are two other fine golf courses available locally, the Lucayan Golf and Country Club and Fortune Hills .

The owners, Lianne and Kitty Green, invite you to use their home away from home but ask that you care for it tenderly. This is by far their favorite vacation spot.

Rates: $120 per night/$700 per week. Christmas week and March break are $1,000 per week.
