The location has the feel of a more private, quiet setting, with all the action only a fifteen minute walk away on the beach to the Port Lucaya Marketplace. It includes restaurants, shops, water sports, a casino, live entertainment, food shopping, etc.

The condo has two full size beds in the bedroom and a queen size pullout couch in the living room. This is ideal if you desire separate sleeping quarters for friends or children. Sleeps one to six persons.

Located on the 3rd floor and only a one minute walk to the beach, pool & bar. The unit has all amenities including a full kitchen with all necessary utensils, coffee maker, toaster, beach towels, TV, phone, balcony, central air conditioning & UNLIMITED INTERNET ACCESS, etc. Just bring your bathing suit and laptop! Also, there is gym located on the premises.

Rates are between $85-95 a night off-season and $100-$115 on-season with discounts to guests staying one week or longer.
