Newly finished Andros, Bahamas ocean front vacation rental! This oversized studio offers kitchenette, dining area and sleeping area in a sunny, bright location and offers its' own porch overlooking the ocean. Walkway down to ocean from your porch gives privacy and nature surrounds.
This setting is private and a very safe environment. Your rental includes electricty, full kitchen, water, satellite TV, is on the ocean with private entrance. Laundry facilities are normally available and two bicycles can be provided at an additional charge. Rental cars are readily available in the area. We are on hand and have a great deal of area information available. This cute Andros vacation rental will easily accommodate two adults and a child. It is attached to the main house and rented to you by Jeff Birch, CEO of Small Hope Bay Lodge and Androsia Ltd.
Located just south of Calabash Bay, Andros which is a small village north of Fresh Creek. Approximately 2 1/2 miles from the Andros Town (Fresh Creek) airport.
There is a well stocked grocerty storea at the end of the drive towards town. The famous Androsia factory is nearby for tours on hand made Batik fabric. Diving and fishing can easily be arranged through Small Hope Bay Lodge.
Short term rental rate of $100.00 per night. Check out by 1:00p.m. if others coming in. Long term rental rates by negotiation, please inquire directly with owner.
